“Unexamined life is not worth living.”

-Socrates according to Plato.

This idea isn’t just a clever quote — it’s the cornerstone of philosophy, and for good reason. If we don’t take the time to ask hard questions about what we value, what drives us, and what kind of life is worth living, we end up living someone else’s story — or worse, no story at all.

Carl Jung warned: “The world will ask you who you are, and if you don’t know, the world will tell you.” Psychology backs this up: without reflection, we fall into unconscious patterns — repeating inherited scripts, chasing hollow goals, numbing our discomfort instead of learning from it.

This is where my work begins — not as a coach with a 5-step plan, but as a partner in reflection. I’m not here to sell certainty. I’m walking this road, too. But if you’re ready to look inward with honesty, to make decisions from clarity rather than confusion, then I can help you ask the right questions and stay with them long enough to hear your own answers.

“If I am not for myself, who will be for me?
But if I am only for myself, what am I?
And if not now — when?”
— Rabbi Hillel

This is the tension of a meaningful life: the need to know yourself, the responsibility to live for more than yourself, and the courage to begin now.
